✅ سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال / Return & Exchange Policy

🕒 فترة الاسترجاع / Return Period:

  • يمكن تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 شروط الاسترجاع / Return Conditions:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، ومغلفًا كما استلمته.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • يجب إرفاق إيصال الشراء أو رقم الطلب.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

❌ المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع / Non-returnable Items:

  • المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب (مثل الكوب باسم العميل).

  • Custom-made items (e.g., personalized mugs).

  • المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.

  • Used or opened items.

🚚 رسوم الشحن / Shipping Fees:

  • إذا كان الخطأ من طرفنا (منتج خاطئ أو تالف)، نغطي كافة رسوم الشحن.

  • If the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.

  • في الحالات الأخرى، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.

  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

💰 استرداد المبلغ / Refunds:

  • سيتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المرتجع.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • لمدفوعات تابي وتمارا، سيتم التنسيق مع مزود الخدمة لإيقاف الأقساط أو رد المبلغ.

  • For Tabby and Tamara payments, we will coordinate with the provider to cancel installments or process the refund.
